With two jobs on at once, our friends at Coniston MRT requested support from other lakes teams including Kendal. Seven team members soon assembled, and made their way to Coniston base to await deployment. As we arrived, we got the news that both casualties had been evacuated by helicopter. We used our team Land Rover to help ferry persons off the hill, and then returned home.
