For this month’s team training day, two team members “volunteered” to have a go at Search Management. They had to plan and organise the search parties as they searched the Whitbarrow Scar area for a missing person. Team search dog Fern made the find, then it was over to the team members on the hill to practice their casualty care skills for treating and evacuating a hypothermic casualty.
