Team training on Sunday was also the culmination of Kendal MRT’s Peer Review. We are only the second team in the Lakes (Wasdale MRT the first) to undergo this process which is designed to allow teams to evaluate their Mountain Rescue practises in both practical and administrative areas. With guidance from MREW Peer Reviewers, the onus is on the team to identify its own good practises and also identify areas which could be improved. Many thanks to Tim and his team for what has been a beneficial process.
